The Old Cottage and Garden

Behind the old cottage is a grassed area with some fruit trees.. the best of which is a Victoria plum. It would make an ideal spot to keep a few chickens or geese. In front of the cottage you could have a tranquil seating area before stepping down to the greenhouses and through to the small lawn surrounded by interesting and unusual plants. Go through the beech hedge, follow the path round the pond, home to a large golden Koi and some smaller fish, through the birch trees to the vegetable garden, divided up into sections with black, red and white currants. There are also apple trees, a medlar and raspberries.
